Post Tension Anchorage
Post-tensioned concrete is a variant of prestressed concrete where the tendons are tensioned after the surrounding concrete structure has been cast. Bonded post-tensioning has prestressing tendons permanently bonded to the surrounding concrete by the in situ grouting of their encapsulating ducting following tendon tensioning. This grouting is undertaken for three main purposes: to protect the tendons
against corrosion; to permanently “lock-in” the tendon pre-tension, thereby removing the long-term reliance upon the end-anchorage systems; and to improve certain structural behaviors of the final concrete structure.
Product Details
The material for flat arc anchor head and bearing plate are spheroidal graphite cast iron.
Flat arc anchorage can be applied for stressing construction of bonded and unbonded prestressing projects,
cast-in-site concrete structure, precast construction and various special structures.
Features
Including anchor head, anchor wedge and anchor plate
Adopts the ductile iron material, and combines the traditional anchor head and the anchor plate into one, which greatly simplifies the complicated machining process in the previous anchor tool processing
The utility model is characterized in that the tension end anchor is integrated with the anchor ring by ductile iron, and the structure is compact and the anchoring is reliable.
The full length of the prestressing tendon can be completely closed.
Flat Shape, Mature Efficiency Design, Straight or Arc shape anchor head available 3, 4, 5 holes

Post Tension Unbonded Monostrand Anchorage
Unbonded post-tensioned concrete differs from bonded post-tensioning by providing each individual cable permanent freedom of movement relative to the concrete. To achieve this, each individual tendon is coated with grease (generally lithium based) and covered by a plastic sheathing formed in an extrusion process. The transfer of tension to the concrete is achieved by the steel cable acting against steel anchors embedded in the perimeter of the slab. The main disadvantage over bonded post-tensioning is the fact that a cable can de-stress itself and burst out of the slab if damaged (such as during repair on the slab).
The material for mono anchorage can be spheroidal graphite cast iron, which puts traditional anchor ring and plates into one integration anchor. It simplifies the complicated manufacturing procedure and structure, which has the advantage of convenient construction, perfect seal ability and easy to guarantee the perpendicularity between the anchorage and steel strands.
