Prestressed Unbonded Anchorage

Our prestressed unbonded anchorage systems feature 0.5" and 0.6" diameter strands coated with a layer of specially formulated grease. The outer layer is seamless plastic extruded in one continuous operation to provide protection against corrosion. Each tendon is precisely coiled, cut, labeled, color-coded and delivered to the construction site. A wide variety of anchorage systems (see Product Information tab below) are available to meet design specifications.

It is adaptable for stand with diameters of 12.5mm, 12.7mm 12.9mm, 15.2mm, 15.24mm, 15.7mm with

various strength from 1570Mpa to 2000Mpa.

Good in terms of self-anchoring and easy operation;

High anchoring efficiency factor, stable and reliable;

Be capable of repetitive stretching and strong in terms of anti-interference capability.

Production Process

We have updated our production line for making prestressed unbonded anchorage.

Our production process include resin sand molding line, shell molding line, green sand casting and lost wax investment casting production process.

Machining Workshop

We have full set line of machining facilities, various CNC equipment and Machining Center can meet customers’ requirements. After machining, the casting parts will be completed. Then, they will be inspected and packed for delivery and shipment.
