We have been manufacturing many kinds of cast ductile iron GGG40 casting parts.
GGG40 is a Germany Ductile iron grade, which is equal to ASTM A536 60-40-18, QT400, 60-40-15, FCD400, GS400-12, 400/17, 420/12, 400-12, 400-18 and SG38, SG40,FGS400-12,.
This material is widely used in many industrial and civil fields. The major industrial applications include pipework, oil well pumps,auto casting parts,truck and tractor parts,various machinery casting parts.

Material Features
EN-GJS-400-15 ductile iron is a very common material in European standard DIN EN 1563.
It is equal to GGG40 in DIN 1693, QT400-15 in China, A536 60-40-18 in USA ASTM

Yield strength ≥ 250 Mpa.
Elongation ≥ 15%.
No impact requirement.
Hardness of GGG40
The hardness of this ductile cast iron grade is between 130-180 Brinell hardness.
Density of GGG40
The density of this ductile iron grade is about 7.3 g/cubic centimeter, or 7.3 kg/liter.
Production Process
We have updated our production line for making cast ductile iron GGG40 casting parts. Our production process include resin sand molding line, shell molding line, green sand casting and lost wax investment casting production process.
Machining Workshop
We have full set line of machining facilities, various CNC equipment and Machining Center can meet customers’ requirements. After machining, the casting parts will be completed. Then, they will be inspected and packed for delivery and shipment.
