Bonded flat slab S3 Anchors

bonded flat slab S3 anchors use 2 No. 15.24mm seven-wire prestressing strands or 3 No. 12.7mm seven-wire prestressing strand. Tensioning method of Pre-Stressing enables a builder to capitalise on all of the advantages of Pre-Stressed concrete or masonry. The Anchor are Ductile Iron, QT450, PN16.

bonded flat slab S5 anchors use 4 No. 15.24mm seven-wire prestressing strands or 5 No. 12.7mm seven-wire prestressing strand.widely used in concrete structure and soil / rock retaining walls.

1. For Strands Number: 2 strands, 3 strands, 4 strands, 5 strands.

2. Materials: Anchor Head Materials: Iron Casting, Wedges Materials: 20CrMnTi.

3. Full Complete Parts: Flat Anchor Casting Head, Wedges, Anchor Bearing Plate, Spiral Spring Ring.

4. Anchor Head Hardness: HRC25-36. Wedges Hardness: HRC58-65.

Production Process

We have updated our production line for making Bonded Flat Slab Anchor.

Our production process include resin sand molding line, shell molding line, green sand casting and lost wax investment casting production process.

Machining Workshop

We have full set line of machining facilities, various CNC equipment and Machining Center can meet customers’ requirements. After machining, the casting parts will be completed. Then, they will be inspected and packed for delivery and shipment.
