Container Lifting Lug

Ningbo Supreme Machinery is a professional manufacturer and supplier of Container Lifting Lug. Container lifting lug is casted and designed to lift shipping container, the payload is up to 32tons and 46tons at 50 degree and 36 degree. It lift container via the side hole of bottom corner casting.

PARAMETERS

Caution:

1) Before each use, the operator must perform a safety inspection on the sling and use it only after being qualified;

2) The sling must be inspected regularly by professionals (trained qualified personnel) every month;

3) If it is found that the dimensional wear of the sling is greater than 5% of the original size, it must be replaced in time;

4) If it is found that the amount of dimensional deformation exceeds 3% of the original size, it must be replaced in time to ensure safety.

Production Process

We have updated our production line for making Container Lifting Lug.

Our production process include resin sand molding line, shell molding line, green sand casting and lost wax investment casting production process.

Machining Workshop

We have full set line of machining facilities, various CNC equipment and Machining Center can meet customers’ requirements. After machining, the casting parts will be completed. Then, they will be inspected and packed for delivery and shipment.
